Cellar: Native yeast fermentation, unfined, unfiltered, no added sulphur
A lovely vintage for this wine, an assemblage of mainly Cabernet Franc with some Cabernet Sauvignon. The vines are old and Cedric destems the fruit before giving a 3 week maceration. It's then aged for a year in old barrels before bottling. After just under a couple of years in bottle, it's drinking beautifully now with silky dark fruit and lush tannins.
