Dani and Adam Davies make amazing cider and perry from Skyborry Cottage in Knighton. Canon Pyon is the name of an old pear orchard, just outside Hereford, with 200+ year old trees of ‘Newbridge’ and ‘Red Longdon’. The Perry is dryer and more full bodied than the two previous vintages, it's quite wine-like and gaining structure with age. Perhaps their most complex Perry since the legendary Waiting for the Miracle 2015.
