Dani and Adam Davies make amazing cider and perry from Skyborry Cottage in Knighton. Breinton is made with apples from a beautiful old orchard that was once owned by Gillian Bulmer and since her passing in early 2021 has been donated to the Cider Museum Hereford. A blend of Tremletts Bitter, Harry Masters Jersey, Foxwhelp and a little Breakwell’s seedling. Lovely energetic acidity from the Foxwhelp. Fruity and zingy.
