Also known as Fer Servadou and Mansois, Braucol is a variety native to this rugged corner of Southwest France. Stephane Lucas farms less than one hectare. Aged in stainless steel, Papillon is a rustic red with lots of character - brambly fruit and a lovely, earthy, ferrous quality.
