Dani and Adam Davies make amazing cider and perry from Skyborry Cottage in Knighton. Named after Adam's daughter, Bronwen is a blend of Dabinett, Browns, Stoke Red, Kingston Black, Harry Masters Jersey and Michelin - all the varieties grown at Hawkshead Farm. Off-dry, beautifully pure fruit, soft tannins. Delicious
