A tale of two vintages - the 2020 was 15% ABV, with ripe, jammy fruit. A little overwhelming tbh. Following the cooler summer in 2021, this version is just 11.5%, pale and peppery but not short on fruit and Mediterranean herbs. Utterly delicious.
