Cellar: Fermented with native yeasts, unfiltered & unfined, not disgorged, minimal additional sulphites.
Real prosecco, made in the traditional way, unlike the industrially produced, forced-carbonated stuff it's more usual to encounter. It's hazy and unfiltered with very fine bubbles, incredibly refreshing, with salty mineral notes and orchard and citrus fruit. A wine of great pleasure, easy to drink, but well worth savouring for its pin-bright freshness and delicate complexity.
