From 50 to 80 year old bush vines of Garnacha, this is pale, delicate and elegant but with real depth and layers of flavour. Slow fermentation with whole bunches, gentle extraction and ageing in old barrels allow the qulity of the fruit and the terroir to shine. Top drawer.
