An ashed rind with a light and silky paste. The flavours are bright and juicy. Made by Norton and Yarrow orginally from Oxfordshire but now from their new site in Wales employing a pasture based farming system.
Made with pasteurised goat's milk and vegetarian coagulant in Llangadog, Carmarthenshire.
