Handmade on a small scale by Gimlet, using fruit from their own orchards.
Fruity and slightly tart. This cordial is based upon an old Temperance movement recipe. It contains Gimlet's cider and berry vinegar, stinging nettles, mint, zests and berries. Serve with ice, sparkling water and fresh mint leaves for a delicate soft drink.
