A heritage roll split and generously spread with wild garlic spiked ricotta and topped with thinly sliced carne salata and seasonal salad. Our carne salata is made in Lombardy by a father and son duo who cure silverside joints with salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and juniper before smoking. Our wild garlic is sourced locally by Harrison from Worthy Earth.
