A heritage roll split and filled with sliced Baron Bigod and a cranberry and apple chutney made by our resident chutney expert Andrea. Baron Bigod is made at Fen Farm in Suffolk to a french brie recipe, it uses the freshest milk from Jonny's own herd of Montbéliarde cows.
