A blend of all the white varieties. The Muscat is macerated on the skins for two weeks, the rest is direct pressed. Ageing in big barrels for two years. A tribute to a traditional style of 'bulk' winemaking at the Domaine and the region as a whole. But so much going on for an 'entry level' wine. Fresh, aromatic, with concentrated pear and apricot and a beautiful golden colour.
