A wine that started life in the vineyards and cellar of Dominique Belluard in Savoie. When Belluard died tragically in 2021 his friend Jean-Claude Lapalu finished his sparkling wine which became this pet nat. Crystalline and bright, the palate is dominated by citrus and stone fruits and the finish is long and mineral. Stunning.
