'Les Milans' are the kites that circle the Tricots beautiful, hilltop vineyards. This has all the qualities that made us first fall in love with the wines of this often neglected region; concentration, earthiness, lightness, sheer drinkability and a certain volcanic je ne sais quoi. This year we have some Syrah in the mix, lending a bit of extra body and a touch of meatiness.
