This passata is made with San Marzano tomatoes grown without any chemical pesticides or fertilisers in Sicily. It contains no additives at all, not even salt, just ripe, sweet, tomatoes.
We use this for our no-cook pizza sauce - we simply add salt, olive oil and garlic.
