Les Vignerons d'Estezargues is a small, innovative co-operative in the small town of the same name just to the west of Avignon, comprising ten growers all working organically. Their talented young winemaker, Denis Deschamps, is a champion of natural vinification - so no lab yeasts or additives except tiny doses of sulphur at bottling and no fining or filtration. Les Oliviers is full bodied with spicy, dark fruit.
