Tuscan Salami, Bergkäse cheese and a scattering of cucumber pickles all packed into a generously buttered heritage roll. Our salami comes from Leonardo Rosati who takes best cuts from large white pigs and combines it with back fat, red wine and garlic to make a full flavoured sausage.
