Handmade on a small scale by Gimlet, using fruit and blossoms from their own orchards.
Made by macerating delicate elderflowers over several days this cordial is then intensified by the addition of elderflower vinegar made from the blossoms themselves. Perfect with sparkling water in the sunshine.
