Cellar: Fermented with native yeasts, unfined and unfiltered. Low sulphur.
Malvasia Aromatica is intensely floral, and the nose here has a touch of jasmine and orange blossom. The palate is balanced by the short maceration on the skins, some bitter orange and welcome bitterness. The bubbles are more pronounced than previous vintages.
