Aged for four years rather than the usual two, Poacher 50 has stronger more toastier flavour than our usual Lincolnshire Poacher with its long and sweet profile. The milk comes from a herd of more than 200 Holstein Friesian cows, who graze on the lush chalky pastures in a region where most other farming is arable.
