In a sleepy corner of an unfashionable part of Beaujolais, NicolasPavie tends his vines with extraordinary devotion and produces beautiful, pure wines which manage to be concentrated and serious but not at all heavy and very drinkable. Metanoïa is rich and smooth with a long finish.
