Eric Bouletin’s Roucas Toumba (which means the fallen rock in old Provençal dialect) is one of the top domaines in Vacqueyras. The 16ha estate has been in the family since 1580. Pichot Roucas is Eric's everyday table wine, but is superbly made and represents astonishing value for money. Full-bodied and packed with dark cherries and spicy fruit, it still manages to be supple and very easy to drink.
