Made by the same producer as our Nduja, Tonino Sansone, in Calabria. As with the nduja, the only ingredients are pork, salt and chilli. No additives or preservatives whatsoever. Tonino and his family rear the pigs, grow the chilli and make everything in house. A truly artisanal product.
