Skyborry 'Orchard Party' 2022

Orchard: Park Farm, Breinton and additional quince donations from locals
Cellar: Fermented with native yeasts, no added sulphur.
It was a particularly great year for quince and the two trees they normally harvest at Park Farm were fruiting well. These were milled, macerated and then pressed with Kingston Black bittersharp cider apples also from Park Farm and an unknown Crimson Coloured Bittersweet cider apple from orchards at Breinton. The result is sparkling and off dry.
