Salame Tradizionale, Ogleshield cheese and a scattering of cucumber pickles all packed into a generously buttered heritage roll. Our salami comes from Mauro & Chiara Casetta who raise their free range white pigs in Piedmont, Italy. The salami is coarse textured and seasoned with mace and nutmeg.
