The first of this season's Italian apricots paired with Food & Forest organic Spanish almonds and ‘nutty’ browned butter. Food & Forest are huge proponents of agroforestry and their almonds are exclusively sourced from the Almendrehesa Association because of their ongoing efforts towards large-scale landscape regeneration.
